4R (Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, dan Reduce)

1. Reuse
Reuse is the reuse of waste B3 with the same objectives without going through an additional process chemistry, physics, biology, and / or thermally
2. Recycle
Recycle is a recycling of useful components through an additional process in chemistry, physics, biology, and / or thermally produce the same product or different products
3. Recovery
Recovery is the recovery of useful components for process chemistry, physics, biology, and / or thermal
1R again the question is Reduce, reduce, or in this case is to minimize the impact of pollution on the environment. Construction that if B3 waste cannot to reuse, recycling, and recovery, it should be in Reduce. B3 waste reduction must be carried out in synergy between them related, namely, generator of the waste collector, processor or beneficiaries of waste, and the Government, of course.
